Who is CCA Occasions

CCA Occasions is one of Britain’s Largest producers of printed personalised products. In the anonymous world of mass production, the demand for the personal touch is greater than ever. CCA products offer a wide choice of designs, wording and type styles in which each individual message is unique to the sender. In co-operation with companies in Europe and the United State, CCA is able to bring to it’s own collections some of the best from overseas.

How do I fill out the forms?

The forms are setup so you can easily complete them on any electronic device that you have internet access to. Fill out all the sections that are in RED. The form will guide you through the process.

What is an exemption certificate?

State sales tax exemption certificates enable a purchaser to make state tax-free purchases that would normally be subject to sales tax. The purchaser fills out the certificate and gives it to the seller. The seller keeps the certificate on file so they can legally sell property or services to the purchaser without charging sales tax.

Do I need to fill out a state tax exemption form?

Yes, if you want to be in exempt status with us, it will be necessary for you to fill out a new exemption certificate. 3M Promotional Markets must keep a copy of a valid exemption form on file at all times.

When do I need to update my state tax exemption form?

We are required to have a current exemption form on file at all times. You will be asked to update your state tax exemption form for the following reasons:
  • You moved your business to a different state
  • You changed your business name
  • You need to update your state registration numbers
  • You are a new owner to an existing business
  • If you open a new office in a different state

Who do I send the form to once I fill it out?

Once you fill the form out you can simply submit it from the site by clicking on the "Submit Form" button located at the top or bottom of the form.

What happens once I submit the form?

You will receive an email that includes your account number and contact information for various 3M promotional market team members that are here to help you. You will also receive a credit card authorization form that you will need to complete and return to us.

Why do I have to send back the credit card authorization form?

Having your credit card stored at our secure off-site bank is the best way to keep your orders moving.

How do I send back the credit card authorization form?

There are 2 easy options. You can email ARDepartment@3Mpromote.com or call us with your credit card information at 1-800-255-2183.

How will I know the amount you charged my credit card?

You will automatically receive a credit card receipt via email by 6:00pm (CST) the day we process your card. Your receipt will include your purchase order number, our invoice number and the exact amount that was charged.

How can I get terms?

To be considered for terms, customers must obtain $3000.00 in sales and two (2) orders within a 12 month time period. Credit can be reviewed once these minimums have been met by emailing ardepartment@3mpromote.com or calling 800-255-2183.

Who is Precision Press Inc.?

Precision Press Inc. is the contract printer for 3M and the only authorized producer of Post-it® Brand products for North America. All U.S. business is conducted as 3M Promotional Markets and all Canadian business is conducted as Precision Press Inc. Contract by 3M.

Why do I need to fill out a Canadian version of the forms?

If you would like to conduct business in Canadian dollars, we are required to set your company up in our system to be invoiced by Precision Press Inc. Contracted by 3M to produce custom printed products in Canada. You will need to establish a new account number with Precision Press before billing can be completed in Canadian dollars. All invoices will be sent from Precision Press Inc. in Canadian dollars.

How can I choose to conduct business in Canadian dollars?

You will need to decide to conduct business in either U.S. or Canadian dollars and fill out the appropriate form for that currency. Once you choose a direction, all transactions will be conducted in that currency. If you choose to be set up to conduct business in Canadian dollars you will begin receiving invoices from Precision Press Inc. Contracted by 3M. You will also change the remit to location for your payments.

What is the shipping location?

All products will be produced and shipped from Precision Press Inc. an authorized printer for 3M Promotional Markets. FOB Mankato, MN.
